It was pretty easy to rely on these slides during a pandemic. Even though the sole is sharp yeezy slide, other features are more rounded and softer; for example, the authentic strap has more of a rounded peak, whereas the fake one is more pointy. The tips of the fake slides themselves are more pointy and larger than they are supposed to be. Slip-on shoes/slides are a game changer and have been for a while.

The Slide is really minimal looking with no kind of huge logo. There’s no Yeezy branding or anything like that on the outside of the Slide.
This either could be the injection point where they shot the foam into the mold to actually create the shoe and then they cut it off when they removed it from the mold. This is honestly how I think future loungewear is going to look and I think that’s sort of the vibe that Kanye is going for and I’m all for it. But if you go from something that’s dry to something that’s wet, it’s going to be slick right at first. Overall, the comfort of the foam on the Yeezy Slides is pretty much next level. But the EVA foam used in the midfoot of the Yeezy Slide is incredibly soft replica shoes, incredibly cushy, and it bounces back really nicely.
Overall, I have some designer slides from Gucci and Balenciaga for example that are well over $200 and I feel like they just don’t compare to the Yeezy Slides. If you could get the Yeezy Slide on their App {discountshoesmart, the price is super cool. They release probably once every quarter in a couple of different colorways. But even though it’s such a simple product and made of one piece of material, it was still such a complex process to make this simple shoe. To fill you guys in on the Yeezy Slide if you don’t own a pair for yourself or you don’t know anything about it, essentially, this shoe is one piece of injection-molded EVA foam.
Similar to the Foam RNNR, the Yeezy Slide is constructed entirely out of EVA Foam, does not contain adidas’s BOOST technology, and has no visual branding. What the Yeezy Slide lacks in branding and extra frills, it makes up for in comfort. Its rigid sawtooth-like outsoles combined with its oversized foam construction not only make the Yeezy Slide instantly recognizable but also one of the most comfortable slides on the market. Like the adidas Adilette Slide, the Yeezy Slide does not come in half sizes but generally fits true to size.
